Our software and websites are intended for lawful use only. You agree to follow applicable laws and any rules or guidelines we publish for a specific product. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe terms have been breached or misuse is occurring.
Reetle and educational content
Reetle is a language-learning application published by Acumen Analytics Limited. Reading material, translations and explanations are provided for learning purposes. Content may link to third-party articles or sources; we do not control that material and we are not responsible for its accuracy, availability or suitability.
You are responsible for how you rely on educational content—not as a substitute for formal instruction or professional advice where that would be appropriate.
Accounts
Where our products offer accounts or sign-in features, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services—for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, interfering with other users, distributing malware, scraping or excessively automated access that harms stability, or using our tools to harass others or break the law.
Intellectual property
The software, branding, graphics, text documentation and related materials we provide remain the property of Acumen Analytics Limited or its licensors unless otherwise stated. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use our products according to normal end-user functionality—not to copy or redistribute beyond what is allowed by applicable law or by store terms.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
We aim to operate reliable products, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, upstream provider issues or other events may occasionally affect availability. Features may evolve or be discontinued as we improve our offerings.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Acumen Analytics Limited and its directors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that exclusion or limit. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from these terms will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or a nominal amount where no fee was charged.
If you operate as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections in your country may grant you rights that these terms cannot override.

Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date.
